What is CBD?

CBD or Cannabidiol is one of the main cannabinoids found in Hemp and Marijuana. CBD does not get you "high".  It is THC that is the psychoactive element of cannabis, but the THC is removed as part of the process of extracting the CBD.

What does CBD do?

Scientists have studied CBD, and cannabis in particular, at length. CBD is a cannabinoid, and these are found naturally in the body in the endocannabinoid system.  The endocannabinoid system's function is homeostasis - or the process of keeping the body in a state of being 'just right'. Is CBD Legal?

Yes CBD is legal and generally treated as a food supplement. CBD products need to be tested to ensure they have little or no THC content. It's THC that is the main psychoactive substance of cannabis which is a controlled substance and there are regulations which set the minimum amounts of THC allowable in a product, before it is classed as illegal.  Our CBD comes from Hemp, which naturally has a fraction of the THC content of marijuana.  We then screen this to ensure the remaining THC is removed.

How do I use Ambience CBD?

Our Ambience range of products are CBD eliquids intended to be vaped using an ecigarette or similar device.  We do not recommend using sub-ohm devices for Ambience CBD eliquid.
